We’ve taken input from students, school leaders, family members, staff, and our board to create our new strategic plan to carry us through 2026. Our work to ensure students succeed in school and life is deeply rooted in the communities we serve. That’s why we worked to incorporate input from students, families, teachers, and the broader community to ensure our strategic plan reflects the diverse needs and dreams of our vibrant communities. 

Our plan will allow us to grow and continue to support Baltimore students and families through increased:

• Capacity building
• Strategic partnerships
• Professional growth
• Programmatic impact
