Our Commitment to Liberation and Equity

Elev8 Baltimore works to create liberating opportunities for youth and communities that have been oppressed by white supremacist structures and systems. We build committed partnerships with other organizations to provide training and tools for youth to advocate for themselves and bring equity to their communities.

Our Views

As part of a full-service community schools strategy, Elev8 Baltimore provides out-of-school time opportunities and coordinates school-based health services, resources, support and outreach for families in Baltimore.

Our Staff & Board

The staff at Elev8 Baltimore spend their days – and most evenings – inside the school buildings, where they become part of the school family and culture.

Policy Change

In our policy work, Elev8 Baltimore’s bottom line is student success: When students are healthier, and involved in high-quality afterschool and summer programs, they do better in school and in life. That benefits the students, their families and the community.
