RFP for Professional Development and Coaching – Academic Interventions

Overview:

Elev8 Baltimore, Inc. (Elev8) is a non-profit organization in Baltimore City that has been in existence for 13 years. As a part of our Extended Learning offerings, we provide small group tutoring in partnership with Baltimore City Public Schools (City Schools). Tutoring is provided by our team of Learning Coaches and is overseen by an Extended Learning Coordinator. As an organization we believe in offering academic enrichment and opportunities that support positive youth development as well as academic success. We are seeking a team of consultants that have demonstrated experience leading instruction in an urban setting to support the delivery of the City Schools approved curricula (Zearn, Imagine Math, and iReady) for elementary through middle school students. Consultants should submit a draft training agenda for the identified curriculum, identify the maximum number of participants per session, if sessions are in-person/virtual/hybrid, proposals should indicate if the submission if for multiple sessions or single session, and if you have any experience developing and/or leading professional development sessions.
Elev8 will be selecting multiple consultants to lead sessions aligned with the needs of the Extended Learning Team.

Request for Proposal – SharePoint Configuration Consultant

Elev8 Baltimore seeks to reorganize and secure our internal Elev8 Baltimore fileshare by configuring SharePoint to become the organizations base file structure.

The consultant would have the following scope:

Build SharePoint digital infrastructure to suit Elev8 usability.
Introduce management and administrative team to SharePoint usage features.
Baseline training of Elev8 system administrators and introduction of resource materials.
Transference of current Elev8 filing system to SharePoint.
Scheduled period of discovery, building, and walkthrough of system prior to introduction to Elev8 organization.
Building security, access, and file tracking controls to the new system.

Request for Proposals

Elev8 Baltimore, Inc. is currently accepting proposals for various Consultants to provide coaching for staff, program support (design recommendations), and workshops related to workforce development. Proposals must include the following:

Outline of proposed activity
Cost per session (break down staffing, administrative cost, and supplies)
Sample lesson plan or curriculum outline (if applicable)

In accordance with Elev8 Baltimore’s COVID-19 policy, all enrichment instructions must be fully vaccinated. For organizations that have exemption policies, please provide your policy and procedures for ensuring ongoing testing of staff.
