Workforce Development

Achievement Academy

The Achievement Academy is a literacy focused workforce development program for youth 16-24.  Participants will get support with public speaking, literacy, and tutoring.  Participants can receive training and workforce development. Participants will also get additional support in workplace essentials that will prepare them for career and life.  Eligible students must meet the following criteria:

• Baltimore City residents
• Available to participate 75% of available program days
• Covid vaccination preferred

Participants will receive training that will lead to jobs in STEM fields, including:

• Drone fight
• Wifi/Internet installation
• Youth Development
• Warehouse Logistics
