Elev8 Baltimore Summer Freedom School 2025!!

Summer Is Almost Here!

Elev8 Freedom Schools is back! A literacy-focused six-week summer experience that focuses on literature that highlights local Baltimore artists and authors in America while reinforcing college and career readiness standards. This youth-focused program has been designed to include youth voice and choice within all aspects of the program and curriculum’s design. This unique experience is available for students in grades 1-5.

Program dates: June 30 to July 31, 2025, Monday through Thursday, 8:30 am – 3:00 pm.

Breakfast and lunch are provided to all!

Summer Freedom Schools is open to all eligible Baltimore City students, and will be held at the following sites:

• Arundel Elementary School
• Arlington Elementary School
• Harford Heights Elementary School
• Francis Scott Key Elementary Middle School
• Harlem Park Elementary Middle School
• James McHenry Elementary School
• KIPP Baltimore
• Thomas Jefferson Elementary Middle School
• Westport Elementary School
