Our Staff & Board

The staff at Elev8 Baltimore spend their days – and most evenings – inside the school buildings, where they become part of the school family and culture.

Each site has a full-time Community School Coordinator (CSC) who ensures that all Elev8 Baltimore activities, programs and services are fully integrated with the school’s stated goals, works to engage families and promote parent and student empowerment. Several sites also have a full-time Out-of-School Time (OST) Coordinator as well. OST Coordinators manage Elev8 Baltimore’s OST programs and activities, ensuring that academics and enrichment’s are integrated with the school’s stated goals and needs, while also working to engage families and community.

“The fact that Elev8 is a real part of our school community really makes a big difference. They can actually see the needs for themselves and then work to make a difference.”

– Tench Tilghman Elementary/ Middle School Principal Jael Yon
